Meet Our Administrators

Michael Tramonte, President: Michael graduated Cum Laude from Sierra Nevada College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. During his professional career he has exhibited and excelled in the following business practices: business plan writing, contract negotiation, financial & market analysis, marketing, sales and customer service. As one of the founders of NVSTM, Michael produced and executed the business plan and has overseen all business aspects of the school for the last 10 years.

Nicole Tramonte, Director of Education: Nicole received her massage training From Lake Tahoe Massage School and obtained certificates in: Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Acupressure, Chair Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques, Body Treatments and Reflexology. She began working at a spa as a massage therapist and was quickly promoted to the title Spa Manager. As a Spa Manager, she trained new Massage Therapists to perform Hot Stone Therapy and Body Treatments. She then continued her education and received certificates in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Sports Massage. Nicole began her Massage Education career as a Teacher’s Assistant at Lake Tahoe Massage School and was soon made a full time Instructor. Upon moving to Virginia she was hired as an instructor and was then promoted to the position Lead Instructor. As the Lead Instructor she assisted in curriculum changes and trained instructors. She went on to be a founder of NVSTM and write the curriculum. She currently holds the title Director of Education at NVSTM.

Lori Lake Harris, Assistant Director of Education: Since 2003, she has been an instructor of massage therapy.  She was an adjunct professor at Northern Virginia Community College for massage therapy and medical terminology from 2008-2011.   Lori has been practicing for since 1993 with her focus being in clinical massage, assisting patients in the rehabilitation of acute and chronic conditions.

Monique Robertson, Lead Instructor: Monique received her Massage Training and Certification from the Detroit School of Swedish Massage in 1977, and has been practicing massage therapy for 30 years. She currently holds a National Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and a License to practice massage in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Monique has created a thriving private practice for massage therapy, while specializing in Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Therapy and Reflexology. Monique began teaching massage in 2001 and then became promoted to the position of Lead Instructor in 2005. Monique draws inspiration from her concern for the health of others and the opportunity to pass on the art and science of massage therapy.

Beth Brittain, Admissions & Financial Aid Representative: Beth is a graduate from NVSTM. She is a licensed Massage Therapist and has been working as an Admissions Representative since 2016. Her experience as an NVSTM graduate and procuring financial aid to fund her education aid allows her to provide valuable insight to prospective/current students and facilitates her ability to answer all questions accurately and thoroughly.
