We are seeking a passionate and skilled Massage Therapist to provide massage services
including deep tissue, Swedish, and various other styles that cater to our clients' unique needs.
As a member of our team, you will play a key role in enhancing the wellbeing of our clients,
ensuring they leave feeling relaxed and revitalized.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and health
histories.
● Deliver a range of massages, including deep tissue and Swedish massages, adhering to
the highest standard of practice.
● Customize massage techniques and pressure to individual client needs.
● Create a soothing and therapeutic environment for clients during massage sessions.
● Provide professional advice on stretching, relaxation, and overall wellness.
● Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of massage areas before and after therapy sessions.
● Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, encouraging repeat appointments.
● Assist in promoting and selling massage services and programs to our clientele.
● Keep detailed records of treatments, client progress, and any specific client needs or
preferences.
● Stay current with the latest massage therapy techniques and industry best practices
through continued education and professional development.
Requirements:
● Must hold a current massage therapy license in Maryland
● 1-2 years experience in a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue and
Swedish massage.
● Proven track record of providing the highest level of customer service.
● Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, such as a yoga and fitness studio.

● Excellent communication skills and the ability to create a calming, therapeutic
experience for clients.
● Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
● Strong understanding of client confidentiality and professional ethics.
● Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative and learning-oriented atmosphere.
● CPR/First Aid certification is an asset.
