JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide clients with a professional, well executed massage. Come to work prepared for all massage treatments. Maintain clean and organized workspace. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Must have exceptional interpersonal, clear verbal and written communication skills. Second language is a plus. Candidate must have attention to detail, be able to multi-task, must possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment, experience handling customer service issues and be a team player. Position requires flexibility in scheduling, must be able to work AM/PM, weekends & holidays. Must be able to communicate effectively with fellow employees and treat all co-workers with respect.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Professional appearance and demeanor. Proficient in Deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage (ART, myofascial release and lymphatic drainage a plus) and be able to move seamlessly between each, based on patient need. You must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations, including obtaining your own licensure and any other requirements to work legally in the state of Virginia (including insurance requirements for a small business). Please also be knowledgeable of the importance of pre-booking and client-retention, entrepreneurial in growing the business, as well as embracing continuing education.
