Requirements : To create the first positive impression to the guests by greeting them in a warm welcoming manner-by their last name. Perform spa treatment which includes facials as per the protocols set by L’OCCITANE standards. Should explain to the guest procedure of the treatment, explaining all products used and expected result. Provide highest quality services to maintain the brand value. Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered. Perform preparatory work, properly clean and restock treatment room as required. Also help with restocking the fitness center, locker area as required. Communicate to management all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention. Ensure that cleanliness is maintained all times and sterilized, and clean materials used for guest. Ask guests if they are allergic to any products. Attend the guest immediately. Actively promote marketing activities set out by spa manager. In absence of spa manager or front desk handle reception duties whenever required during operational hours. Promote sale of retail products in conjunction with treatments offered. Cross sell and upsell spa services. Recommend home care regimes. Maintain the facilities checklists, inventories and other related unit operations as required by the spa manager. Flexible to work in shifts and on weekends or public holidays.
